A 110 m² Function Room (18 x 6.1 m) is available in an out building located at the foot of the Château.It meets today’s standards and regulations* for up to 110 seated guests. This stone walled room is facing the South offering a bright ambiance by daytime. A large grass area (900 m²) in front of the Function Room dominates the countryside and the nearby village below. Wide tents for celebrations, tables for cocktails, outdoor games, ... can be placed there.
Access to premises and bathrooms to disabled persons.
A parking for 50 cars, a shady lime tree park and an 80m² (900 sq. ft) open shed are available in the flat rate of the Function room.
Quality accomodation for 16-20 people, part of the same building, is also available. Check rates.

The Function room is equipped with:
- 45m² of wooden floor for dancing and 65m² of stone floor
- black-out curtains for getting the room dark in the day time

- 20 rectangular tables from 120 to 180cm long x 76cm wide. 10 oval and round table tops
- approximately 100 “Hortense” chairs
A separate room is provided for the caterer and includes:
- a large professional refrigerator
- hot/cold water and stainless steel sink
- a large hood for fumes extraction
- a large stainless steel table
- outside plug and lighting for the caterer's lorry

This beautiful room (40m²) is suitable for about 15 people around the long table. We propose it in two ways :
either including the 5 bedrooms of the castle according to the B&B scheme with candlelight Dinner/Table d’hôtes. The Salon (70m²) is part of the offer, as well as the hanging garden. This is Château de la Motte full exclusivity until 11:00 PM
or just renting the Dining room from 11:00 AM. till 4 PM. with the lunch brought by a caterer.
